Two New York City police officers shot in Brooklyn

Two New York City police offers were shot in Brooklyn early Saturday, the department announced.

One of the officers was shot in the torso and the other was shot in the back, according to the the big apple Post. each officers were taken to the hospital and are expected to surprise, a police representative told the Post.

A male suspect was shot multiple times and was also taken to the hospital. His condition was unknown, police said.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting weren't instantly well-known, police told the Post.
