Malaysia says the ongoing search in the southern Indian Ocean for missing Flight 370 will not be shifted after the discoveries of five pieces of debris.
The government this week had said two more pieces, in South Africa and Mauritius, are "almost certainly" from Flight 370, after three pieces were confirmed earlier.
Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai says the discoveries were in line with the drift modeling pattern established by experts. He said the search will be completed by June or July, before authorities decide whether to further extend the hunt.
The jet mysteriously vanished more than two years ago with 239 people on board. The search effort in the southern Indian Ocean has turned up empty.
